Put on a song and pick two of your favorite exercises.
For example: pushups and squats
For The verses I did squats
When the refrain came I did pushups
If there’s a bridge you can take a breather.
Now my triceps are burning ;)

*My hamstrings are ridiculously tight so it’s hard for me to do hamstring curls without straining my hamstings
**I have shoulder instability which makes a lot of shoulder exercises hard for me. My shoulder moves around in the socket so it isn’t comfortable.
